From Switzerland to Georgia

In April 2021 we set off on our first shared bicycle world trip. Our goal was to ride from Switzerland to Australia in about one and a half years.
We cycled from Switzerland through Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Ukraine, then crossed the Black Sea by ferry to Georgia. Because of the coronavirus restrictions at the time (many closed borders), we had to interrupt our journey after seven wonderful, adventurous months and take a winter break at home.
